A nice pickled aroma upon opening. Four plump fish to the tin. A mild tasting fish, Spices are balanced well throughout the tin. Vinegar does not over power the fish, fish posses a medium texture. (not a dry fish) A clean tasting fish, with no strong fish taste or after. Not a spiny fish. I would eat again. 5 Sardines

Four fish to the tin. No noticeable aroma upon opening. A soft textured fish, falls apart while removing from tin. A spiny fish, a roe filled fish; roe is noticeable. There is a hint of smokiness to this tin.. the fish or the oil. No lingering strong aftertaste. 3 sardines.
