A tomato aroma hits you upon opening, five fish to the tin. A firm-textured fish, tomato sauce is subtle, a slight fish taste lets itself known; followed by salt, salt is very prominent in this tin. Be a great tin with beer. A faint fish and strong salty after taste. Would be better in a dish.

Happy 2016 Sardine Eaters! Hope everyone has had some excellent Tin popping so far this year! There's been a few changes to the site. I did away with the black background, and in doing so I seemed to upset the Google Gods. Not all text and pics transferred 100%. Some text is highlighted black and some pics have shrunk. Followers/subscribers of the blog who are not on Google Chrome were kicked off the site. Mouth Full of Sardines is now on Instagram. I've started a  hashtag: "#SardineEater." You can now hashtag your pics #SardineEater, and I will place them on the Sardine Eater page.

Keep popping those tins, Sardine Eaters!
