OVERALL:

There is a faint oil aroma upon opening. Five fish are in the tin. They are medium to soft-textured fish that hold their shape well while being removed from the tin. There are no strong flavors or aftertaste. The oil flavor is present yet not overpowering, and there is no lingering aftertaste. The fish are not as dry as most skinless/boneless fish.
