Four fish to the tin, a faint oil aroma upon opening. A medium to soft textured fish. It's not a spiny fish with no strong flavors. The oil has a nice mild flavor and a clean taste after taste. 5 Sardines.

The lemon flavor hits you on the first bite, followed by. a. rush of basil flavor that quickly disperses. A medium-textured fish. Neither the lemon flavor nor the basil flavor overpowers the fish. Fsh is not as dry as some boneless skinless. No lingering flavors or aftertaste. 5 sardines

A faint oil aroma upon opening. Five plump, loosely packed fish to the tin. A mild-tasting fish. Yet, it possesses a nice flavor. It's a bit on the dry side, not overly dry as some skinless and boneless can be. Clean-tasting fish with no intense flavors or aftertaste. The oil compliments the fish without overpowering it. This tin would be a great one to introduce to someone hesitant about sardines. 5-Sardines

(I was anxious about getting into this tin. I completely forgot my open tin shot.) A faint oil and sardine aroma was present upon opening. Eight fish to the tin(loosely packed): A medium textured fish. A clean taste with no strong flavor or aftertaste. Scales are present; they are not noticeable while eating. Not a spiny fish. The flavor of the oil compliments the fish and does not overpower the fish. 5 Sardines
