A roe filled fish scales not noticeable a very clean tasting fish, no fishy taste or after taste; not much of a taste at all. A very even kilned tasting tin of fish. Roe not too noticeable fish does not hold it's shape while removing from tin. Not a spiny fish. I would eat again. 5 Sardines.
