A very attractive tin of fish, a beautiful golden hue to the oil. On the first bite, you are met with a burst of flavor, followed by a subtle heat. Heat is evenly distributed throughout the fish. A good textured fish holds its shape well while removing from tin. No fishy taste or after. A clean aftertaste, with only spices and heat, left lingering. I will be eating these again. 5 Sardines.
