OVERALL:

A subtle tomato aroma upon opening; almost undetectable. Three fish to the tin. A meaty fish, not spiny. No intense flavors or after-taste. Fish hold their well while removing from tin. Not much flavor to this tin, the sauce is neutral and a bit plain by itself. Finishing up the tin with bread, the tin was elevated. I would eat again. 3 1/2 Sardines.

Sardines, Sunflower Oil, Chili pepper, Salt

OVERALL:

A subtle oil aroma hits you upon opening. Patches of scales remain on the fish. They are detectable while eating. A meaty fish, a clean-tasting fish. One little chili pepper rests at the bottom of the tin. A faint heat slowly creeps up as you eat these; it also disappears as quick as it emerged, adding a nice flavor to the fish. A roe-filled fish. Roe is not noticeable. No strong taste or after taste. A mild-tasting oil. I would eat again 4 1/2 Sardine's
