A very faint oil aroma upon opening. Four tightly packed fish to the tin. A very meaty, flavorful fish. No fishy taste or after taste, almost a tuna quality to it, not a spiny fish nor over salted. (seasoned well) A good tin of fish, I would eat again. 5 Sardines.
