Three large plump scaled sardines to the tin. A pleasant aroma upon opening. A firm fish, they have a nice texture, organs are over looked in these fish, you must clean them before eating, stomach contents adds a sour taste to the fish. Not a bad tin, besides the scales and innards. No fishy after taste. Would may eat again. 2 Sardines.

No strong aroma, three medium sized fish to the tin. A very mild tasting fish, semi firm, not to flavorful of a fish./ Almost a canned tuna quality and taste to them. I would probably eat again in a spread or sandwich. Four sardines.

  1. Skinless and boneless was alright. I ate them with some windmill cookies. Great combination!
