OVERALL:
A very attractive tin of fish. A smokey aroma hits you on opening; a great textured fish, lovely smoke flavor(almost a charred smoke). 25 little fish to the tin. These little guys are just exploding with flavor. Their tails are still attached; tails are a little dry, jerky-like texture, like a chip without the crunch. Salt is very prominent. No after-taste, just a clean, crisp taste of goodness. A great tin of fish, I will be eating these again. I give these guys a strong 5 sardine rating.

A powerful tomato aroma upon opening, almost a stew-like aroma. The tomato sauce has a sweet taste of huge thick slices to the tin. The texture is on the firm side is a very mild, meaty tin of fish. These guys would be killer in pasta, on toast, or even a salad. A very faint fishy after-taste is present. A surprisingly good tin of fish. I would eat again 4 Sardines.

Fish have been purged, contents still remain in their system. A very firm fish, a tad gritty texture from the contents of the innards. No fishy after taste, a very spiny tin. Not a bad tin. Would be better in a spread, than straight out of the tin. I might would eat again. They will get 3 Sardines.
