A very thick sauce, six medium fish to the tin. A very bland, watery-tasting fish, and dry. They have a firm texture, almost a burnt flavor. Not an appealing tin of fish. My good run of good sardines just came to an end with this tin, it was a good run. I would not eat again. 1 sardine
