OVERALL:
A chili oil aroma upon opening. Three plump fish to the tin. A medium-textured fish. A nice little heat is present, does not overpower the fish, and the heat compliments the fish nicely. A clean-tasting fish with no strong flavors or aftertaste. Not a spiny fish, a lingering heat remains as the only aftertaste. An excellent tin of fish. 5 Sardines.
