INGREDIENTS:
Blanched Sardines, Water, Salt
OVERALL:
A faint, deep, musk/fish aroma upon opening. Six fish to the tin. Fish does not hold their shape well. Sardine flavor is strong on the first bite, with no lingering flavors. A dry textured fish; crumbles while chewing, almost mealy-like. A med-textured fish. That becomes slightly chewy as you finish up, followed by a saltiness making itself known. Not a fav. Maybe good in a dish of sorts. 1 Sardine.,

Blanched Sardines, Water, Maltodextrin, Acetic Acid, Salt, Paprika, Modified Cornstarch, Spice Extractives, Xanthan Gum, Polysorbate 80, Caramel Color
OVERALL:
A faint chili aroma upon opening. A watery flavor hits on the first bite, followed by a slow heat creeping. A nice heat. A medium-textured fish, a bit on the dry side. The sauce becomes vinegary as you eat on. No strong flavor for the fish. Sauce overpowers the fish, the heat lingers. I wouldn't eat again. 2 Sardines
