OVERALL:

A marinara with a faint fish aroma upon opening. 6 fish to the tin. A mild-flavored sauce, not tangy, spices are nicely balanced in the sauce. No strong flavors or after-taste. A medium-textured fish that's leaning closer to the soft side of medium. Not a spiny fish. No spicy notes were detected in the sauce; perhaps it needed to be heated up. I'm pleasantly surprised with this tin. 5 Sardines.
