A faint oil aroma hits you upon popping. A pretty tin of fish. A soft to medium textured fish does not hold its shape well while removing from tin. Oil flavor is prominent to the fish ratio of flavor. Not a spiny fish, no strong flavors or after. 4 1/2 Sardines.
