No aroma upon opening. Four fish to the tin. A medium textured fish, a sweet note hits you on the first bite, then a subtle heat appears and disappears as quickly as it appeared... it leaves you wondering if it was there... then it reappears on the next bite. A meaty fish, a very mild heat. not a spiny fish. No Strong flavors or after. 4 1/2 sardines.
