NISSUI: IN SWEET SOY SAUCE
Fat Cal- 50
Total Fat- 6g
Sat Fat- 3g
Sardines, Water, Sugar, Soy Sauce, Salt, Guar Gum, Monosodium Glutamate.
A mild sweet aroma upon opening. Two fish swimming around in this tin; plenty of room to do so. A sweet fruity tasting fish; a meaty fish. Not a spiny fish at all. A dense textured fish; no fishy taste or after taste. If it wasn't for the appearance you would not know you were eating a sardine, or fish for that matter. A roe filled fish, only noticeable by sight. I would eat again. (If you are a sardine purist, I would suggest stay away from these.)
4 1/2 sardines
