Pleasant upon opening. Ah yes, interactive tinned sardines! These are scale your own. Have to love Moroccan sardines. All three sardines still possess their scales in their entirety: three large, nicely packed sardines, very meaty fish. I had high hopes for this tin. Oil has an off-flavor about it. A very prominent fishy after taste. I would not eat again. no sardines

OVERALL:
Two large fish to the tin, No strong aroma when opened. After descaling a sardine, they possess a nice heat. A very good-tasting fish with a nice flavor, and texture, once you get past the scales. The only complaint is with the scales being every damn where. It's really sad when a great-tasting sardine requires so much extra preparation to eat. 2 sardines, that's on the heat and taste alone.
