The smoke aroma hits hard, upon opening. A double-layer tin with 16 fish to the can. (there were only five on the bottom layer, plenty of room for more fish) A firm fish, Smoke flavor hits you on first bite, not a spiny fish, a firm-textured fish. No fishy taste or after. A smokey aftertaste lingers for a bit. A clean-tasting fish. I would eat again. 4 1/2 Sardines.

Four fish to the tin. One large one, two med, and one small. (What a variety). Appearance is a little off-putting; mustard sauce floating on oil in the tin. No aroma when opened. A soft fish almost dissolves in your mouth. A fishy after-taste. Wouldn't buy it again. An unpleasant lingering after taste. Give these one sardine.

A Pleasant aroma upon opening, fish posses a decent texture, a very seasoned tin of fish. Garlic is very detectable. Not spiny at all. Sixteen fish to the tin. Other than being a tad too salty for me, this is a good tin. Chicken of the sea is moving up. I'll give the guys 4 strong sardines. No more, based on the salty factor.

A very mild aroma upon popping. A very attractive tin of fish. They have good texture, All possess their tails—a very good tin of fish. My only dislike is all the sodium. A very salty tin of fish. A strong 4 1/2. Only because of the saltiness of these guys, they don't get a five.

Skinless and Boneless should be used lightly here—full of bones and patches of skin. The texture is as if you are chewing on rubber. The taste is not much better, almost like eating dry-rotted rubber. Not a tin I would ever consider eating again. I've still not figured out what happened to chicken of the sea. No sardines.

A bland fish, nothing really pops with this tin; the flavor of the oil and spices taste as if they've been greatly diluted of flavor. Not a spiny fish. I wouldn't eat again. 1 Sardine

A sardine variety pack, large, medium, small, extra small. No strong flavors, no prominent lemon flavor; the lemon flavor is almost undetectable. No aftertaste, not a spiny fish. For the price, I would eat again.

Four to tin with a whole chili, some loose scales are present. A semi-soft fish, The chili really makes a difference with this tin, the Chilli flavor shines, still a bland tin of fish, heat does longer which I find enjoyable. May not would eat again. 2 1/2 sardines.

No strong aroma upon opening. Three very different size fish to the tin, one large in the middle, one medium, and one small one. The fish possess a gritty texture to the meat. The vinegar and chili powder hit you on the first bite, they have a noticeable heat to them. I may eat again. Two sardines
