These are in BPA-free cans, for all the BPA watchers. A slight sardine aroma upon opening. Three plump fish to the tin. A firm-textured fish, fish, are on the dry side. Almost a tune quality to it. Fish possess an excellent seasoning; they also have a very faint bitter taste due to the innards. This tin leaves you with the classic fish breath and taste. I would eat again. 4 1/2 sardines.
