OVERALL:
A deep oil aroma upon opening. Five attractive, long fish to the tin. Salt hits you on the first bite. A flavorful fish. No strong tastes of oil or a fishy aftertaste. Fish has a good medium texture. These sardines would go great with beer. A clean-tasting fish. These were a hit with my 3 and 6-year-old daughters. I would and will eat again. 5 Sardines.
