Mustard Flour, Acetic Acid, Modified Corn Starch, Salt, Turmeric Spices, Xantham Gum, Extracts of Turmeric

OVERALL:

No strong aroma upon opening. A tin littered with little fish. Mustard flavor hits you on the first bite. after breaking apart the ball of sardines, they possess a med to a soft texture. No strong flavors or after. A mild mustard flavor could use a little zest. Would eat again. 2 1/2 sardines.
