Four large pieces of fish, Nice looking fish. Fish is very mild; it says salt added, but it's not too overpowering. Fish on the firm side. No fishy after taste. Like most skinless and boneless, they are very meaty and would be suitable for non-sardine eaters to try, A decent can of fish. I'll give these five sardines.
Been noshing on CENTO S&B's for decades...traditional ultra clean S&B...similar to ANGELO PARODI S&B which is from Portugal...when it comes to S&B sardines...actually all sardines... Mediterranean Sea (specifically Alboran Sea) sardines are the best...give me another tin man
