OVERALL: Five to a tin. No pungent odor upon opening. In the lovely Moroccan style, they all still possess the scales that God Poseidon bestowed upon them. A very tasty and meaty fish. Some still included their organs. Other than spitting out the occasional organ and scale that made it passed my descaling process. They are a decent tin of fish. Mild flavor. 2 sardines solely on taste...

Five large fish to the tin. Moroccan-style sardines, all full of scales. Tin had two tiny red chilies included. They have a slight heat to them; some still possessed organs, fish a little off-putting in taste, you can taste the tin itself in the fish. Not a good tin of fish. I would not eat again.

  1. Well I just finished off a tin of the 'hot oil chili peppers' variety. I don't pick apart my sardines looking for scales and organs. I thought they tasted great. Not fishy at all. Nice texture. My only criticism was they could have used more chilies.

    1. That's great to hear! More chilies is always a good thing. Glad you had a better experience, I don't mind organs and the such, but with the stomach content left in, it adds a bitter taste to the meat. My fish also tasted like the tin itself. Perhaps i'll give them another try. Keep popping those tins!
