OVERALL:
A fish aroma upon opening. Multiplechunks of fish to the can. A medium-textured fish. The flavor of the fish reminds me of a tin of sardines in water more than oil. No fish taste or after. Just a hint of bitterness lets itself known. Not a spiny fish. Oil is neutral and flavorless. 3 1/2 Sardines.
I was given two large cans of Russian Carp in Tomato sauce. I’m scared to look inside. I’ve been eating sardines for 70 years. Maybe I’m still stuck in the Cold War? Have you any experience with these?
