OVERALL:

A subtle, almost undetectable oil aroma upon opening. Eleven fish to the tin. A firm-textured fish. A clean-tasting fish, no strong flavors or aftertaste. Holds their shape well while removing from tin. Oil does not overpower the fish. This tin is truly an eat-alone tin; no bread or crackers are required for this tin. I will eat again. 5 sardines.
