No strong aroma upon opening. Four plump fish to the tin. A mild-tasting fish with a medium texture,. Fish holds its shape well while removed from the tin. Olive oil compliments the fish, with no lingering oil flavor. A clean-tasting fish with no strong flavors or aftertaste. Not a spiny fish, a meaty fish. A good tin of fish. 4 1/2 sardines
I was wondering if the Ramon Pena's were so good you found the holy grail of fish and hit the end of the sardine road. But seriously I'm glad your back my fellow sardine lovers and I have have missed you!
