Strong tomato aroma upon opening. Six medium sized, loosely packed fish to the tin. A dry textured fish. A thick sauce, sauce has a bitter almost chemical after taste; after taste disperses quickly. A spiny fish. I probably wouldn't eat again. 1 1/2 Sardines

A nice oil, herb aroma upon opening the tin, six medium size fish to the tin all containing patches of scales; scales not noticeable.  A soft textured fish. Heat hits you on first bite, a very even, lingering heat. No fishy taste or after, the tin contains one tiny chili, and several pepper corns. Not a spiny fish. A good tin of fish. Will Eat again. 5 Sardines
