OVERALL:
Upon opening, a very mild fish aroma, 16 fish to the tin (tin reads "headless pieces") A very dense textured fish, strong tasting, yet not fishy. Almost a robust musky flavor to the fish. (the odor you get when you have a snapping turtle in a hay-filled barrel, cleaning the turtle out, is the taste.) The 2nd layer of fish becomes incredibly salty. Not a bad tin of fish; not sure I would eat again. 3 Sardines.

I sure hope I forget about this review before I crack open another tin.

  2. Finally got around to trying these. My dates and lot numbers are the same as yours, which makes me wonder if this is one of the cans I sent you when we traded. Anyway if it was I apologize, not so good.

    1. No apologies necessary, taste is subjective. These are only my opinions. A bad tin is better than no tin! keep popping those tins!
