( On the back of the box, it reads, Product of Greece -sterilized. As opposed to not sterilized? Would they taste different? )A very faint oil aroma when tin was popped. Nine fish to the tin, with a dark chili. The fish has patches of scales. Not a strong-tasting fish, nor spiny. A bit salty, chili heat is almost undetectable. The fish does not hold its shape while removed from the tin. No fishy aftertaste. I would eat again. 4 Sardines.
