A very nice-looking packed tin of fish. Seven assorted sizes of fish to the tin. A very faint almost unnoticeable aroma upon opening. They contain patchy places of scales. A tad dry, yet a firm fish. The roe inside the Sardine is even very firm. A decent tin of fish. The tin does possess a slight wang of an after taste. I would probably eat again. 2 1/2 sardines.

The smell of green peppers hits you hard and happily when opened. Four plump no-scaled fish to the tin, pieces of pepper throughout the can. A good textured fish. The pepper is all you can taste. An excellent heat; a roe-filled fish. The entire bottom of the tin is covered with peppers, its great!
No fish taste, or after. A good tin of fish, the peppers really make this tin. I will be eating these again. 5 Sardines.

  1. So Vegetable Oil makes a difference in taste?

    1. All oil in general makes a difference. Some oils, especially olive oil are better when aged. Like wine, some oil years are better than others. I drain my sardines before eating, in a sandwich or a dish the difference in oil taste often times are not noticeable. I eat half of them straight from the can alone to rate them for this blog. Then finish up with crackers.
