A faint tomato aroma upon popping. Three plump scaled Sardines to the tin. Nice thick sauce. Fish does not hold their shape while removed from the tin. The fish is a tad on the soft side. A very flavorful fish, a little wang hits you on first bite, a very subtle heat. scales are not noticeable, a very good tin of fish. I would eat again. 4 sardines.
