Lightly Smoked Sardines, Soya oil, Salt

OVERALL:
Three large plump scaled sardines to the tin. A pleasant aroma upon opening. A firm fish has a nice texture, organs are overlooked in these fish, you must clean them before eating, and stomach contents add a sour taste to the fish. Not a bad tin, besides the scales and innards. No fishy after taste. Would eat again. 2 Sardines.

OVERALL:
No strong aroma, three medium-sized fish to the tin. A very mild tasting fish, semi-firm, not too flavorful of a fish./ Almost a canned tuna quality and taste to them. I would probably eat again in a spread or sandwich. Four sardines.

  1. Skinless and boneless was alright. I ate them with some windmill cookies. Great combination!
