The smoke flavor is very prominent upon opening. Four to a tin, fish, is semi-firm. The smoke flavoring overpowers the fish tremendously. It reminds me of eating fake bacon bits. Not a bad tin of fish by comparison, but I wouldn't eat again. Too artificial tasting for my taste. No sardines.

  OVERALL: Very unappealing appearance. A sour aroma hits you upon opening. Four loosely packed fish to a tin. Very oily/watery mustard sauce. Some of the fish still contained scales. Tart-tasting sauce. Very unpleasant. I would not eat again. No sardines.
