Oil aroma hits you upon popping. Six fish to the tin, a soft fish, yet a hearty fish by itself. Fish does not hold its shape at all while being removed from tin fish. just falls to pieces. A spiny fish, if you are anti-bones, they are easy to remove. A faint aftertaste, not bad. 2 1/2 sardines.
