Port Side from Canada tastes very close to the old original Holmes sardines that were canned in Maine (before it went downhill). So now these are my favorite brand of 'dines but they're extremely difficult find in northern Michigan. I'd appreciate knowing of a store chain that carries them now.Dalehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03486348796569612344noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3937540923760272145.post-77748619065237562422021-01-03T02:51:48.955-05:002021-01-03T02:51:48.955-05:00Thanks for the update. Right now the label on the can has changed and so is the sardines in the tin. More scales are noticeable and aroma upon opening is stronger. You need to go get a tin of these and do an update on this brand. They are now 2 or 3 big chunks of herring not little fishes. I suspect they're produced by the Brunswick cannery as they are identical to the Holmes brand of canned crap.

JamesAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
