OVERALL:
This is my last large can of sardines in tomato sauce I will be rating, mostly due to the fact they all seem to taste like nothing of worthy mentions. *Saying that to myself, I slice my thumb while opening this can, I must have pissed off some Sardina god of some type.*  A very strong tomato aroma upon opening, the aroma reminds me of Pork -N-Beans, * Now I'm stuck with the song from the '80s by Junkyard Band "Sardines & Pork & Beans" in my head* A tart almost flavorless tasting fish. 9 large pieces of fish to the can. Very spiny, the fish crumbles while removing from the can: would not eat again. No Sardines.

Very pleasant smoke aroma upon opening, They possess a very attractive amber hue. 11 variety size fish to the can. A firm-textured fish, the smoke flavor is present, no fishy taste or after taste. They are roe-filled fish. Being a variety size can of fish, it has a variety taste per fish too. Some of the larger sprats were a tad gritty and lacked the clean taste of smaller sprats. I would probably eat again. 3 1/2 Sardines.

OVERALL:
A very faint tomato aroma upon opening the can. very runny sauce, a good textured fish.  The sauce is a tad sweet, with a slight tart after taste. Surprisingly, a can this size, does not possess large chunks of fish, but is actually small fish cut up into chunks. (A first for me, very nice) No fishy after taste nor is it a spiny fish. I may eat again. This is a can that would be great in pasta or another type of dish. 3 1/2 sardines.
