Pleasant upon opening. Ah yes, interactive tinned sardines! These are scale your own. Have to love Moroccan sardines. Two large fish to the tin, No strong aroma when opened. After descaling a sardine, they possess a nice heat. A very good-tasting fish with a nice flavor, and texture, once you get past the scales. The only complaint is with the scales being every damn where. It's really sad when a great-tasting sardine requires so much extra preparation to eat. 2 sardines, that's on the heat and taste alone.
